Do you have a power profile that works for you and noticed it missing? I find the configuration like in the image below and is pretty common on tablets and laptops that have extreme battery uptime requirements. That configuration works great if all hardware was treated the same “good quality”. I personally like performance over battery uptime any day and find myself trying to change the recommend default and only available setting. Good thing there is a fix for this:
Open the windows registry goto HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Power and change the CsEnabled from a 1 to 0. Like the image below.
Reboot windows device
Now in the power profiles you have the 3 basic power profiles.
